"The location and cleanliness of the hotel were very good. Being so close to the lake and having a parking lot was convenient. We stayed with our dog. On the first morning, when I took him outside, he urinated on the gravel parking area in front of the hotel. At that moment, a hotel staff member saw this and shouted at me in an extremely rude and loud tone, saying things like ‘He can’t pee there, clean it immediately,’ giving me orders. She told me I had to clean it right away and fetch a bucket...

"This guest house was magical! Joseph (the proprietor) bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful-- he met us late at night to check in, made us special breakfasts for our kids, arranged a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant, and so much more. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great, and the location in Lierna was absolutely perfect-- a sweet little street near the main plaza and harbor. We would return in a heartbeat!"

"This property was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This hotel offers shuttle service which was a lifesaver that takes you near the ferry. The food at this hotel was also very delicious, everything was fresh and they had a great variety of choices. They upgraded our room and the view was breathtaking! I love this place and would definitely recommend others to go here "
