I fell for the reviews, if this is 5 star, Ritz should be 10 stars. Horrible staff, smelly dirty rooms, carpets with stains, rooms are not cleaned until 5 PM once a day, not set up for sleep in the evenings, we booked for 4 nights, but checked out after 2 and booked a real 5 star at the last minute. .
