    This cosy single-storey house is strategically located just 700 metres from the town centre of Miami Platja and a short stroll from local supermarkets and restaurants. The sandy beach is just 1 km away, while the Bonmont golf course is 5 km away. Furthermore, it is only 20 km to the water park "Aquapolis" and the exciting amusement park "Port Aventura and Ferrari Land".

    The villa has a beautiful garden, outdoor furniture, a spacious terrace and a barbecue for outdoor dining. You can also relax by the private pool and have the convenience of a garage in the same building. For indoor entertainment, there is a satellite TV offering channels in several languages, as well as wifi internet connection available.

    In addition, the 2 bathrooms with shower have been recently refurbished to offer you more comfort during your stay.

    The independent kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
