Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house. Beware the spy camera in the living room

The villa is spacious and in a quiet residential area with good secure parking. Once inside the house smelled fusty and one bedroom was really smelly. Lightbulbs missing. There was a spy camera in the living room which we immediately covered up. I thought it might be something old but it’s not on the photos so must be newly added. The seating area is uncomfortable inside and out, no mattresses for sunbeds. The pool was filthy and unsafe to use. Interhomes were great at trying to sort things.

Quelques petites défectuosités

Belle maison, malgrés quelques points a améliorer pour une meilleure qualité/ prix. Piscine très bien, accès mer, commerces, centre ville proche. Lave linge appréciable. Cheminée pour la grillade très bien. Douche extérieure pratique malgrés le pommeau usé (eau part dans tous les sens). De la vaisselle était cassée, prises cuisine mal fixées; fils apparents. Épuisette pour la piscine cassée qui nous a été très vite remplacée. La vaisselle usée, tasses ébréchée. Manque peut-être une prise extérieure sur la terrasse. Lumières piscine marchent pas. Sol de la terrasse + garage très glissant avec pieds mouillé(il y a eu bcp de chutes 4 enfants, sans gravités) Nous avons passé un bon séjour Note 6/10 pour l'ensemble.

Totalt var det som det beskrivs på hemsidan. Fullt funktionellt och bra läge och samt ingen insyn från omgivningen. Rummen och köket höll bra standard, förutom att dt var dåligt med glas om man, som vi, var 6 personer. Bra och fin pool. Lite dåligt underhåll på porten in till gården som inte gick att låsa upp utifrån gatan. Toadörren saknade ett gångjärn och gick inte att stänga utan man var tvungen att kila fast en handduk eller en bit kartong för att dörren inte skulle glida upp. Låsa den gick överhuvudtaget inte. Det luktade illa i badrummet de första dagarna. Detta kunde åtgärdats av personalen på plats innan vi kom.
