Fantastic townhouse located in the quiet residential area of El Casalot in Miami Playa. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet on the ground floor, a living/dining room with air conditioning, and access to a private garden with a barbecue and direct access to the swimming pool. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, a terrace overlooking the pool and communal area, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The beach is approximately 3.5 kilometers away; a car is essential. The area is ideal for relaxation and family enjoyment. Book your holiday and spend some unforgettable days. Bed linen and towels are NOT included in the price. Tourist tax is payable on arrival.

Des vacances extraordinaires !

Une mignonne maison avec un petit jardin et une terrasse très bien exposée (ombragée matin midi et après-midi). Accès direct à la piscine, eau très propre et super température. Résidence bien fréquentée, tout le monde est correct et respectueux. Le village est très sympathique, calme, très bien fréquenté, plage de Cristal de sable, super agréable. Je recommande.
