Mediterranean-style beachfront house in an unspoiled beach area, with a garden, terrace, chill-out gazebo, and communal pool. We also offer Montroig Badia House 1 in the same community.
Both houses are 5 minutes from Cambrils and 15 minutes from Port Aventura.
Available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.

It’s a privilege to relax in a peaceful, uncrowded setting, waking up to spectacular sunrises and listening to the sound of the waves. Beaches with crystal-clear waters where you can fish and enjoy water sports.

The property
The ground floor features a front garden, a small entrance porch, a kitchen-living-dining room with air conditioning/heating, a bathroom with a shower, an entryway, and a rear terrace with a barbecue.
Upstairs on the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning/heat pump, a third bedroom with a fan and two single beds (to which a third extra bed can be added). Full bathroom with a bathtub, entryway/hallway, and stairs leading to the chill-out terrace with a shower.

Amenities and common areas
The house has a front yard where you can park your car, although there is also street parking available.
From the back of the house, you can access a communal area shared by only 8 homes, featuring a landscaped garden and a pool.

Other highlights
The house will be clean and tidy upon your arrival. I provide everything you need: bedding, towels, bedspreads, blankets, and—upon request—a cot, high chair, and baby bathtub at no additional cost.
You are welcome to use everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible; I want my guests to feel at home, and at the same time, I ask that you behave appropriately.
I do not charge a cleaning fee, and I ask that you leave the house in decent condition upon checkout; please do not leave trash or unwashed kitchenware behind.

As a tourist accommodation, upon your arrival we will ask for your full names, national ID or passport number, and date of birth. Just like in hotels, we are required to report your arrival to the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police).

We will also collect the tourist tax of 1 euro per person over 16 years of age per night (maximum 7 nights), which we are required to remit to the Generalitat de Catalunya.
