Villa MAGNOLIA is a beautiful vacation Villa with private pool in a few meters from the well-known beach Playa Cristal in Pino Alto, the most exclusive area of ​​Miami Playa. It has 4 bedrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, garden with barbecue area and parking space for 2 cars, wi-fi. All on one floor.

Villa Magnolia has been completely renovated in 2021. It´s a very comfortable house on one floor at the foot of the beach Playa Cristal, in the most prestigious area of ​​Miami Playa - Pino Alto. It is perfect to accommodate 8 people, since it consists of an open living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette; 4 double bedrooms in total distributed in: 2 suites with 180x200 double beds with air conditioning and fan in each bedroom, bathrooms with shower; 2 other rooms with air conditioning:

-1 room with 2 beds 90x200 and another with a bed of 160x200; 1 bathroom for these 2 rooms with shower.



From the living room there is access to the pool area and barbecue. The garden is very intimate and discreet. Villa Magnolia also has parking for 2 cars and wi-fi included in the price.



Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 1 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.



It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.

As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
