"It was a one night stop to finish our French holiday. The location was nice not far away from Orleans where is a lot to discover. Self check in worked well, there is parking available right in front of the apartment. Locally some nice rural French villages to explore alongside the Loire river."

"Apartment location is good (7 minute drive from old town Blois). It's well equipped, very comfortable and very clean. Landlord's communication isn't great - I had to chase for check in instructions rather than receiving those proactively from the landlord. Note that, if you click on the "click for directions" link inside the listing within the VRBO app it will take you to the wrong direction (0.6 miles from the actual location); best to type in the specific address manually into the GPS."

"This apartment was surprisingly comfortable and roomy - roomier than the photos suggest - and was within easy walking distance of the heart of old Blois. It was great to have a reserved parking spot. Though, it was tight! The only downside for us was that the keybox was about a mile away from the apartment location. We were two couples traveling together, and we sometimes wanted to go our separate ways during the day. A co-located keybox makes it way easier when people want to come and go at...

"We arrived hot and tired after a long drive.. Blois Novotel was a welcome relief. Reception was helpful and smiley... plus the air con a delight! And the gated outdoor car park and secure bike store were exactly right. Rooms very clean and 'fit for purpose', comfortable bed good sheets. The hotel was everything we needed !! Also very quiet."
