About this property

Family Chalet with Fireplace, Mont-Dore

  • Step into a mountain chalet in a quiet residential corner of Mont-Dore, where modern, warm decor and a view of the surrounding peaks make you feel at home from the first moment. Wake up to crisp mountain air and a peaceful setting, with the Sancy Massif's adventures close by.

At the heart of the chalet is the spacious living room, centered on a large glazed wood stove. Its dancing flames and gentle warmth make it the natural spot to unwind after a day in the mountains, with a drink in hand and good company around you. A television and Wi-Fi are there for slower evenings, and electric heating keeps every room comfortable.

The open-plan American-style kitchen, with induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, keeps the cook part of the conversation. Cooking for a crowd is effortless, with dishes, cutlery and utensils all provided. Step out onto the terrace, where garden furniture and a barbecue invite long meals in the fresh mountain air.

Three bedrooms, with a double bed, a queen-size bed and four single beds, welcome up to eight guests, and four bathrooms mean nobody has to wait. A washing machine and tumble dryer make longer stays easy, and open-air parking is available in the same building.

Come for the fireside evenings, stay for the mountain scenery. Whether it's a family holiday or a reunion with friends, there is room to spread out and gather together.
