Pour y accéder, il faut prendre l'ascenseur ou l'escalier pour aller au rez de jardin, prendre un couloir en U Pas très commode avec les bagages. En ce qui concerne la vaisselle, il y aurait à revoir l'état des verres et à changer le stock ! par de nouveaux ! La personne à la conciergerie très à l'écoute, et très réactive ! Les propriétaires très attentionnés au bon état de l'appartement. à recommander !

Pros: Appartement très bien équipé et assez spacieux, confortable et très propre. Bien situé, sortie de ville vers les pistes. Tout est accessible à pied. Séjour entre Noël et le premier de l'an, pendant les grosses chutes de neige. Contente d'avoir pu tout faire à pied (ou en raquettes), y compris l'accès à la station du Sancy et aux randonnées vu la quasi absence de navettes.
