"For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and housekeeping person didn't know how to do it either. There are no instructions on how to operate the TV. There was no paper and pen to write down anything from a phone call etc. The only light in the bathroom is quite dim and difficult to put on makeup with. Outside our room during the night there was a very loud truck revving up its engines several times making sleep frequently interrupted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. "

"Jana was so responsive & helpful with everything! She was also willing to accommodate us while there was a blizzard during our stay. Everyone really enjoyed how big and spacious the house was. We will definitely be coming back soon!"

"The worst hotel experience ever. Do not stay at the location in Willmar Mn. I am not one to ever complain or be extra but from the get go it was horrible. First the manager says the pool is out of order. I paid for a Suite and got a room with 2 queen beds. Told manager i must habe been given the wrong room. He proceeds to tell something is wrong with my Suite and he can give me a separate room with a single been. Fine I was just so exhausted I let it slide."

"Desirae was very attentive to all our questions and very helpful. The cabin was a perfect winter getaway for my wife’s birthday. The grounds were scenic and our puppies loved it. Romantic evenings by the fireplace…we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you! My wife loved all the red accents…especially the wine glasses."
