"An exceptional place—we decided to stay an additional day at Moinho do Maneio, canceling a night in the Douro Valley, because we loved the place and its surroundings so much. Anabela and her husband have created such a special retreat, truly a welcome respite after traveling through the busy cities of Madrid and Seville. "Cosy, warm friendly family hotel.
Exentric interior and great breakfast buffet.
Monfortinho is great outside the winter i guess, in december its pretty much deserted, but wandering in nature here is great, and its nice and quit.
This hotel i would recommend to anyone in any season.
