Two-room apartment with a private entrance, featuring a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove, standard oven, dishwasher, microwave, “Lavazza a modo mio” pod coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, glasses and dishes, cups, silverware, and pots and pans. Smart TV. Under-sink drawer for recycling.
A floor-cleaning kit, broom and dustpan, cleaning supplies, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, and a pack of multi-purpose disinfectant wipes are provided in the apartment.
Clothesline, ironing board, and iron.
Coat rack area with a bench for luggage and a chest of drawers containing a dog kit (bowls, towels).
Bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, complete with linens and two pillows each, a closet, a chest of drawers, and a Smart TV.
Private bathroom with walk-in shower, complete with towels and a hair dryer, single-use soap packets, and toilet paper.
Dedicated covered porch.
Entirely non-smoking apartment. Ashtrays are available outside.
