"We had an amazing stay at the Loews Hollywood Hotel! The location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was excellent. A special thank you to Hosea for providing outstanding service and attentiveness during our stay. He was incredibly helpful with answering our questions and helping us navigate the city, especially with directions and tips for getting to Universal Studios. His kindness and professionalism truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again!"

"Never in my life have I been to a hotel where the room keys stop working is a daily experience. We probably went through 15 rooms keys over the course of a week. No microwave in the executive suites, and the staff won’t help you. Gym equipment hasn’t worked for over 2 years, the treadmills are broken, and no signs whatsoever. Everything at this hotel just felt cheap. My wife got sick from the $19 breakfast burrito…Most likely never staying at this hotel again."
