"Toilet didn't work in the first room and saidl they had moved me to another one. Down the halls reeked of sewage. It was just a very unpleasant stay. Also the room was extremely cold and heating system couldn't keep up."

"Room was nice and the bed was comfortable but, my key card didn’t work and was told it was cold and that’s why it didn’t work- office guy had to let me in. TV didn’t work, I think the power strip was out and I could never find it, had my laptop so was good. Way too noisy for someone trying to get some sleep, neighbors had their TV blaring all night long, I could hear it clearly through the walls, tried to call the office about it and the phone in the room didn’t work. "
