"I must say I hesitated to book this trip through VRBO, simply because our last experience with VRBO was HORRIBLE, in spite of our complaints and nothing was done about itThis was different. From the time I booked until the day we checked in, I feel we got 5 star service. We needed to extend our stay and Ann couldn’t have been more helpful. The accommodations were top notch with EVERYTHING!!! If I knew that was going to happen everytime I would book ALL of our trips with VRBO. The kitchen was stocked beautifully . Everything we needed. When we stripped the beds we were all impressed with the beautiful mattresses. Sorry to go on and on, but Ann AND Elizabeth made our stay , pretty much flawless."
