Monroe Center Holidays from NZ$2,826

Requested a room with a walk in shower as I have a broken foot and am wearing a walking boot. Was told none were available but online through the hotels own website it showed they were and were bookable for my entire stay. Rude front desk staff. Probably will never stay there again. This hotel has gone down hill for sure

It was a clean room but in AM ready to go in bathroom and who comes out of the bathroom was a large brown cockroach! Yikes!

The room was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the hotel is clearly dated and worn. They are undergoing a renovation, but our room was one of the older ones. The room was still fine, but the sink water pressure was very low. They did offer to have an engineer look at, but since our stay was so short we didn't bother with it.

Room was clean and a good size for our family of four for a few days. Restaurant onsite was good which is nice since there isn't really anything else nearby if you don't have a car. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. The pool was a good size but had some really rough spots that scratched my kids up like crazy, some to the point of a good amount of blood.

Clean and comfortable.
