"When you walk in the overwhelming smell of a cat litter box hits you. It's nothing like the photos with ugly, frumpy couch covers that slide off when you sit on them. In the bedrooms, the pillows have all lost their shape & range from hard pancake-type pillows to pillows that have separated in the middle & formed two separate balls inside the stained pillow case.
