Wonderfull maison in beautifull setting

We had a wonderfull time. The house and it's surroundings are comfortable, beautifull as well as peacefull and quiet. The pool is much nicer than on the pictures. Hosts are very nice and relaxed.

Beautiful House!

This is a very beautiful house and the landlords are very friendly people. The garden and pool are beautiful and everything is very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Maison spacieuse et agréable ; cuisine plutôt bien équipée. Une belle piscine. Le lieu est très calme Les hôtes sont charmants et la maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Le seul bémol concerne les sanitaires : il y a bien deux salles de bain mais elles sont éloignées des chambres et il faut traverser l’une pour accéder à l’autre qui abrite le 2e wc, ce qui n’est pas les plus pratique quand on est nombreux.

Ein wunderschönes ländliches Anwesen, das meiner Familie mit drei Erwachsenen und fünf Jugendlichen genug Platz bot. Der Innen- und auch der Außenbereich sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Der sehr schöne Poolbereich und die herrliche Natur rund um dieses Ferienhaus haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Wir empfehlen einen Urlaub dort! Vielen Dank!

Das Ferienhaus, der große Garten und der Pool sind einfach fantastisch um abzuschalten. Die Lage ist abgeschieden, auf einem Hügel zwischen Olivenhainen, wunderschön. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, man merkt, dass die Küche auch selbst benutzt wird und daher gut ausgestattet ist, mehr als nur das Übliche. Wlan & TV: funktioniert; es wurde sogar eine Vielzahl nicht-französischer Sender empfangen, zB deutsches TV, was mit Kindern auch mal ganz hilfreich ist.Bei Bedarf kann man den Pool auch mit Kinderschutz absperren lassen, um unbemerktes Hineinfallen beim Spielen zu vermeiden.Die Eigentümer sind diskret & bei Bedarf gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank & schöne Grüße!

Magnifique Mas dans un havre de paix

Magnifique mas dans un endroit superbe. Le lieu est très apaisant, on s'y sent tout de suite très bien. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Allez y les yeux fermés. Et pour ceux qui critiquent la chaleur dans les chambres, partez dans le Finistère les nuits y sont plus fraiches.

Magnifique maison

La maison est une vieille bâtisse avec beaucoup de charme, entièrement rénovée. Elle est située à l'écart, avec vue sur la vallée, entourée d'un jardin arboré. La piscine est très belle et permet de se rafraîchir. Il y a un barbecue et deux espaces extérieurs pour les repas. En points d'attention, les éléments déjà partagés dans d'autres avis, notamment l'absence de climatisation à l'étage. Globalement nous avons passés un super séjour, et nous vous recommandons.

Wir durften eine wunderschöne Woche an einem traumhaft schönen Ort verbringen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden, um uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Die ruhige Lage und die malerische Umgebung ermöglichen Erholung pur! Vaccances Août 2022 au pied des Cévennes.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Monoblet. La maison était en parfait état, très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Elle est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le jardin, la piscine, la nature environnante et surtout le calme absolu nous nous ont beaucoup plus. Un sentier de randonnées longe le domaine.

Agréable séjour à la maison dans les collines

Nous avons séjourné dans cette paisible propriété mi-juillet 2022 en famille. Jolie maison, la dernière au bout du chemin agrémentée d'une superbe piscine à débordement avec vue sur le château de Fressac. Sympathique jardin ombragé autour de la maison mais loin des 14ha précisés dans l'annonce auxquels les locataires n'ont pas accès. La maison est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Elle est dotée de tout le confort souhaité y compris des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre utiles en période estivale surtout lorsque les fenêtres ne comportent pas de volets ni de persiennes extérieurs. Etrange oubli lors de la rénovation de cette ancienne maison de berger qui ne permet malheureusement pas de lutter contre la chaleur dans la journée et impacte le confort nocturne. Aucun bruit la nuit en dehors de ceux de la vie sauvage, un pur bonheur. Le réveil matinal est cependant douloureux pour le dos dans certaines chambres en raison d'une literie quelque peu avachie. Dans la chambre du bas notamment nous avons dû plier nos serviettes de bain pour rembourrer sous le milieu du matelas. Dommage à ce niveau que le confort du locataire ne soit pas plus pris en considération. La maison est cependant très propre et nous remercions Angelica pour son écoute et son intermédiation auprès du propriétaire qui a été contrarié par nos demandes de faire réparer la chaudière pour bénéficier d'un peu d'eau chaude suite à une panne inopinée en début de séjour et qui s'est poursuivie au-delà du w-e du 14 juillet et a finalement duré 10 jours sur les 14 de la location. Là aussi malheureusement la rentabilité prime sur le rapport humain. Une légère saveur amère qui n'a pas entaché la bonne humeur des vacances ensoleillées copieusement rafraîchies par les douches froides forcées une bonne partie du séjour.

Presque parfait

La maison et le cadre sont fidèles aux photos: le cachet de la bâtisse, la plage de la piscine et l'ombre du murier assurent des moments mémorables. Le tableau est toutefois entaché par la grande salle de bain qui est un passage obligé vers la seconde SdB et la température nocturne (>30°C) dans les 3 chambres de l'étage; malgré l'épaisseur des murs et la fermeture de toutes portes et fenêtres en journée. Enfin, nous avons été surpris par l'absence de toute fourniture à notre arrivée (sel, poivre, huile, éponge, sac poubelle, etc). Liste de course complète obligatoire !

Une parenthèse au calme et en pleine nature

Georges et sa femme nous ont laissé une maison très propre et bien aménagée. Le gros plus de la propriété est sa piscine à débordement qui se fond parfaitement dans le paysage. Vous serez au calme dans cet espace reculé.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, großem Garten, Schwimmbad. Sehr ruhige Umgebung, 15 Minuten bis zum Supermarket nach St. Hippolyte. Unkomplizierter Vermieter, Französisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse sind für die Kommunikation aber vorteilhaft. Das Anwesen ist recht abgelegen. Es geht von Durfort kommend bei einer Abfalltonne rechts eine recht steile, schmale Straße etwa noch 800 Meter hinauf.

M. Gaso a créé un petit paradis

Wir hatten eine fantastische Urlaubswoche in diesem Haus. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden und ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Strasse mit nur wenigen Nachbarn, Monoblet ist knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und hat einen kleinen mittelmässigen Bäcker, man kann aber auch vom Haus aus über einen Wanderweg in 30 Min. hin laufen. Einkauf im Super U in Saint Hippolyte-du-Fort möglich (15 Min). Das Haus ist ein sorgfältig renoviertes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Bauernhaus mit viel Platz innen wie aussen. Auf der erhöhten Terrasse kann man im Schatten toller Bäume frühstücken und auch abendessen. Der Pool ist klasse - auch im Hochsommer erfrischend aber nicht zu kalt. Um dem Pool gibt es genügend Halbschatten und Sonnenplätze, so dass man den ganzen Tag sich aufhalten kann. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir wenig unternehmen wollten. Die Küche ist grosszügig und gut ausgestattet - endlich mal ein richtig grosser Kühlschrank ! Die Besitzer sind sehr nett. Es ist vorteilhaft, wenn man gut französisch oder spanisch sprechen kann. M. Gaso, vous avez créé un petit paradis! Merci pour votre hospitalité.

Un super séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. L’accueil et la visite des lieux par Mr et Mme Gasso étaient également très agréable et sympathique. La maison est au dessus de sa description: un havre de paix comme nous en rêvions, un nature luxuriante , le tout baignant dans le soleil et la quiétude. Certains se sont plaint de la qualité des lits, de la cuisine, ... il n'en est rien. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour!
