Generally a good location and fairly clean, some of the staff were helpful - however, I can’t say same for some staff interaction
I had to plead to get bathing soap, no iron in the room nor the ironing board - when we asked the staff asked me to come down to the lobby to get it, then getting to my room the iron was either faulty or the wall sockets were not functioning - not an experience worth repeating!

Location: downtown LA is interesting Plaza next to hotel will be great when they finish.
Breakfast: restaurant in the hotel is lovely, expensive and slow. Options outside the hotel are great on weekdays, quite limited on weekends.

Heat was small portable electric unit, that worked to keep us warm at an average outside 45f Shower very small, but you could use the campground shower a couple hundred feet away. Lots of wildlife.
