The kitchen has everything you'll need and the general store is a 3 min walk away. The house is actually walking distance to everything in June lake. (Even in the winter, though you probably wouldn't, you could walk to June Mountain in 15-20 mins.) This is easily one of the best properties in the area."

"I booked the VRBO at Baby Gull House for 6 people, only 4 of us were able to make it. The house is PERFECT for 4-5 adults, if you’re okay sharing beds. 6 people would have been a bit tight. The house isn’t luxury at all, but it’s a great deal for a well-located cozy mountain house. The neighborhood is super walkable and cute. My friends and I would like to return here in the future."
