"Very cozy and beautifully refurbished appartment. Bed was really comfortable and very quiet location.I think we were the first or one of the first to stay in the appartment and there were quite a few teething issues. No kettle, no toaster, no cutting knives, the washing machine didn’t plug in and there wasn’t a car parking space as described for the first night. Issues got resolved by day 3 when property manager returned from being away but communication before that was patchy. The check in...

"This property was a great find! About a 9 minute walk from the train station. The host provided excellent check in instructions with videos. She was very responsive to communication throughout our stay. She certainly went above and beyond. The property is brand new, thoughtfully furnished and well stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen. Lots of options for drinks and food only minutes away and a grocery store is steps away."

"The staff at the Terra hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and very modern. It was all very well looked after and very clean. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Even though we only stayed one night, it was a highlight of our trip for sure. The free breakfast was also excellent. There was plenty of choice and a good amount of food provided. I would highly recommend the Terra Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Tirano."

"I throughly recommend this excellent hotel. It is modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of parking. Check in was excellent. My plane had been delayed by 12 hours meaning I didn’t arrive until 3am. The excellent reception colleague helped my taxi driver find the hotel over the telephone and was there to perform a seamless check in. The room was easy and the bed was very comfortable. A fan was provided. The shower and bathroom were fantastic. The spacious balcony provided magnificent views. All restaurant staff were brilliant, every single one polite attentive and helpful. The food selection was varied and delicious. Whilst every member of staff was great, the hotel manager was exceptional, being visible, greeting guests at breakfast and dinner. Without being asked, the manager proactively intervened to help me sort out a transport difficulty going above and beyond expectations to make sure I got where I needed to go. Thank you so much for making my stay a fabulous and memorable experience. Highly recommend this excellent hotel."
