"Can't say enough good things about Alux! My friend and I visited Placencia for our Birthdays and were originally booked at other accomadations. "The location was incredible and the staff were friendly and incredibly accomodating. A chair in my room needed to be replaced and the TV was not fully installed yet, but neither of those things detracted from the experience in any meaningful way. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Placencia."

"This is our second consecutive summer staying at this property, and we absolutely love it. It's the ideal hotel for anyone wanting to feel truly connected to Placencia village life. We enjoy our morning routine of jogging, then picking up fresh fruits and vegetables from the local markets—all just a five-minute walk away. The numerous nearby restaurants are also a huge plus. The staff consistently provides exceptional service, with Kendra at the front desk being particularly outstanding. When I accidentally left my passport in our room, she immediately took charge of the situation. She arranged for a driver who was already heading to Belize to turn around, retrieve my passport, and deliver it to me in Belize City. We're already planning to return next summer."

"What an amazing place! Villas are in a perfect location and very clean. Beach is well maintained even though sargassum was present during our stay, they worked very hard to keep it clean. Food and drinks were top notch. Easy bike ride to village or shuttle service each hour after certain times."
