The wall on the balcony was wood instead of clear like the other balconies.
They never put the air conditioning on in the bar/restaurant which made it impossible to use the facilities
I have never in my past 59 years of traveling had to leave a 20 Euro deposit for a second room key. That was a poor experience.
The pool are was far from inviting.
Overall it was not a great experience.

Loved this hotel! Super clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The rooms were super spacious and the private balcony was ideal! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Domes Noruz Chania! The customer service was excellent throughout our visit in every aspect. The food was great, and we loved our spacious, clean room with a private pool overlooking the ocean. The concierge gave us fantastic recommendations for beaches and wineries, which made our trip even better. This was the second Domes hotel we stayed at during our travels, and once again, we had a wonderful experience—we loved both!
