The location, at the top of the hill, made for great viewing of the area, not only from our room but the main building as well. It was only a short walk to enjoy the downtown shops and restaurants.

"This is our second stay and we absolutely loved staying here. From the moment we arrived, it just felt easy and comfortable like a place you can really settle into.The view is what makes it extra special. Sitting by the dock and watching the lobster fishermen come and go was honestly one of our favorite parts. It’s such a simple thing, but it made the whole experience feel really authentic and peaceful.The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Nothing felt overdone just a warm, welcoming space that made it easy to relax.We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful spot by the water, this place is a gem."

"Very clean, very close to ocean...i believe the kitchen was well stocked for cooking altho, i mainly used the coffee maker and teakettle!We really enjoyed the chairs right down next to the sea with aglass of wine in the evening. Hope to return again"
