Pretending to be something it is definitely not

"We booked this hotel for it supposed good restaurant only to be told it was shut as chef was away,so we eat in a pizza takeaway. The bar is a tiny room in the basement with three chairs,it was suggested that we have a drink outside which was even less appealing with two chairs a dead tree and dog ..."

"Great location, new modern hotel. Great pool, ski lockers room is good ( but no boot warmers/driers) ,nice modern room maybe a bit small, Nespresso machine, welcome chocolates and biscuits nice touch. Staff friendly. I would recommend."

"After a shaky start at check in and a mix up with our reservation our stay was great. Reception staff very helpful. Close to gondola with access to various slopes. Room was fine with well equipped kitchen etc. water a little cold in the spa swimming pool but overall would definitely recommend this ..."
