Peaceful Retreat 3 BD, 3 BA Smith Mountain Lake

Relax with the family at this Smith Mountain Lake Home. Bring your family & dog! Located on a private cul-de-sac w/ a fenced in back yard. Relax & enjoy rocking on the front porch while taking in the gorgeous views of the lake & mountains. Open kitchen & den, master suite & private ba, 2nd bd & ba, are on main floor. Huge basement has tons of sitting room, 3rd bd & ba. Deck provides outdoor entertaining. New Hot Tub located on patio. Note this house does not have direct access to the lake.

The space
Three bedrooms each with own full bath. Master has King bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and terrace level bedroom has two full beds. Just minutes from marinas for boat/jet ski rentals, restaurants, shopping, wineries, and much more. Smith Mountain Lake State Park is just 10 minutes away and Hales Ford Boat Ramp is 5.8 miles away. (Both provide public access to lake).
Other things to note
There are two public boat docks close by. Hales Ford Boat Ramp is 5.8 miles from the house and Smith Mountain Lake State Park is 10 miles. New 6-7 person Hot tub was added in October.
