"This place exceed expectations, the church and naturist vibe were amazing. Who needs a TV or AC anyhow. Amazing views of the ocean, nice outside area with tables for enjoying a bottle of wine and watching the sunset. Went in July and even without AC temperatures overnight was in the low 60F. Close to two trails to Monterosso and Vernazza. For the true hiker who wants to be away from the tourist this place is the perfect fit"

"We visited recently for a 3 night stay in Cinque Terra. This is a very basic BNB. It is definitely away from the hustle and bustle of Cinque Terra but that is what we wanted. A few notes: there is no air conditioning. There was a fan and we had cool evenings so not a big deal. But to those traveling in the warmer months, just note that. We had room 2 and it is literally a room with a bed in it - not much else. It did have its own private bathroom which was clean and quite large for the size...

"I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting La Spezia, Portovenere or Cinque Terre. Short car drive to catch the ferry or train! House has a beautiful Mountain View, Italian breakfast was amazing, room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom but most importantly, staff was very welcoming and gave us amazing tips as to how to make the most of our short stay in La Spezia. "I selected a room in La Perla Blu to be close to train station, away from traffic and near free parking. We got there and they’d switched us to an apartment on the main square. It was spacious and clean but VERY LOUD ALL NIGHT, every night. Party and carnival noise until 3:30, Town clock every 15 minutes, leaf blowers and pressure washers starting 5:45 am. Three nights, no sleep. And only two half rolls of toilet paper for three nights. "

"The apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and mostly private. Not sure if the apartment above is a rental but the people were extremely noisy. Check in was a bit of an issue as the sat nav said we had arrived and we were still about a mile away. Luckily we texted the manager and he came and found us. The pool was beautiful and the manager came most days to clean it and sweep the garden. I would certainly recommend staying here. Oh, and the view was exceptional. Thank you"
