Independent in Mondseeland

"I paid for 4 to stay in the Mountain View room. When we arrived, we had bed for 3, one of them wasn’t done. We asked for someone in the reception to make the bed for us, but she told us she couldn’t, because she was in the reception and that there was nobody from housekeeper staff to help us. She left some bed sheets there and we had to make the couch bed, even a sorry we had. A nice place but a terrible staff. Even the towels enough we had in the room."

"Quiet street in a nice area close to everything. The hotel rooms were small but nice. The breakfast was okay. The staff were kind but the WiFi was slow. I would stay there again though."

"Stayed at this wonderful hotel in March and it was perfect! The staff is wonderful, welcoming and very helpful. The location and view could not be better! Food was wonderful, beds comfortable and we loved the sauna as well. What a beautiful spot. Thank you! "
