Somebody sent a text message confirming that the boss forgot to prepare the check-in and the key in a box. Then later, somebody asked to wait another hour. We canceled the reservation. "Good hotel. i had several issues on contacting property. calling hotel several times, and speakign english, telephone was dropped 3 times in a row :( had to reach call center of all Jufa hotels to leave my request on late check in.
