We had an issue with accessing the code to our room and staff was on site within 5 minutes of us contacting them to fix the issue. "This apartment is great for 4 people. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and the kids slept in the bedroom as it had two single beds. My husband and I slept on the sofabed. There is a full kitchen and a balcony that my kids loved! Street parking was easy to find right outside the property and felt safe."
