"Our room has a kitchen but it was not equipped, not even with cleaning supplies for the dishes provided. The location is central, good walking distance. The staff would not allowed us to park our car in the spots they had reserved for guests, and would not allow us to use the common area to have our take out pizza. The reason for not allowing us to have the pizza was kind of ridiculous, that Greek authority may ask for receipts for the food when they come in for inspection and they could not provide.
The breakfast was good, nice coffee, pastries, fruits and alternative dairy free milk options too. "
"I would like to have the ability to adjust the room temperature independently, rather than being set at their “comfort” level during the cold season. "
"Hotel party type stay, we only stayed for one night just to sleep passing through as it was the only hotel available. It was clean but rooms smell like smoke and overall more than a 9 hours stay would have been rough. It’s 2 stars so it’s what you get for the price. "
"Exceptional service from check in to check out. We will probably come back to enjoy the amazing pool area in the summer. One of my favorite boutique hotels."
"One star is really too much for this hotel, check Google reviews review pictures for the truth. The only thing that is good is the location, and even that is not very important in patras, everything is close by, it’s a small city.
The hotel is very old, dirty, and not maintained at all. The corridors are dirty, full of stains on carpets and walls. Our room was smelling mould the moment we opened the door to enter, totally disgusting. Walls had stains everywhere. Bathroom tiles all had visible mould between them, at the “white”space. Our towels seemed like they where from the previous people, with hair, and arguably looked a bit stained. I had asked at the reception before choosing room to get a renovated one, and they told me “all our rooms our frequenctly renovated”. Couldn’t hear a bigger lie. As a result, we didn’t shower at all, at least our stay was just for one night.
The only good thing was that the bed sheets looked clean and the music in the elevator was nice not the boring one every elevator has.
Regarding comfort, as all the other comments state, extremely noisy. Paper thin walls, you could hear people passing by at 5 when returning (elevator doors opening and closing while making ton of noise, and you could hear people talking from the corridor, the room doors were like you could almost seem through them. Additionally, you will have a bell tolling extremely loudly until late night and from early morning. The pictures were so misleading hiding how bad it is."
"Nice hotel, close to the pedestrian bar area. Excellent shower and good firm bed. Only critique is that our room was on the first floor at the front of the hotel and the noise insulation wasn’t the best: there was a lot of road noise in the room, especially in the early morning as the city went to work."
"Reasonable size room, however fridge had grime and dirt along the base, dirty pots for cooking, no kettle, or tea towel in room. Shower selector was broken, unable to have a proper shower. Lack of crockery. I would not stay hear again. Parking extra 10 euros, which we found street palking. "
