It was the dirtiest room I ever seen in my life. The reception guys behavior was horrible. No one speaks English. The sheets smell like never been washed. One towel in the room . Ripped bedsheets

The hotel is a place with extremely backward services and amenities..Of the receptionists who work at the hotel in the fall, the one who works in the fall is a tourist hunter..The taxi drivers at the airport are cannibals and swindlers..The only good thing in this beautiful country is the ordinary people and the sun and the sea...

Établissement qui mérite d'urgence un rafraîchissement. Spa à éviter : achat d'une prestation "cure 3 jours":2 soins bâclés, le dernier non conforme (hammam et enveloppement non réalisés, massage à l'arrache). La responsable de prétend coiffeuse: achat d'une prestation rafraîchissement coupe sur cheveux très longs : quelques mèches coupées niveau omoplates, quelques autres au dessus des oreilles ! Pas de taxi pour notre départ à l'aéroport alors que nous avions demandé depuis notre arrivée auprès de la réception. Hôtel à éviter pour un séjour

OK for the price we paid
This was just a stop over to visit some friends on the way back to Enfidha airport. We got the room at a bargain price through Hotels.com. The hotel is rather tired and ready for refurbishment but for the price it was fine. I wouldn't have been so happy if I'd paid the normal room rate.

le service des chambres est vraiment nulle. A notre arrivée la chambre n’était pas nettoyée, et elle ne l'a pas été malgré notre réclamation ,pas de serviette on a du utilisé des serviettes perso

bonjour désolé mais cet hôtel que vous vendez 4* il est 3* normes locales et j'ai les photos et les preuves de ça donc je suis déçu de vous hôtels.com pas du personnel ni des responsables locaux que je salue au passage . Je suis membre depuis des années mais c'est la 1° fois où je suis vraiment en colère mais je me demande à qui profite "le crime"? en tout cas pas aux salariés sur place .Merci de publier mon avis

Bonjour,
Franchement c'est navrant de proposer un tel hôtel sur votre site, la climatisation était en panne depuis des jours sans aucune information préalable,33 degrés dans la chambre, selon les conseils d'un membre du personnel il fallait éviter la viande et le poisson congelés et proposés au buffet et se contenter de quelques feuilles de salades non sans risques.

Très déçus
Quelle déception!!!! Nous sommes arrives tard de l'aéroport avec mes parents de 70 ans. Pas dascenseurs, pas de lumiere et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Bien que nous etions en formule all inclusive, la reception nous a facturé 2 bouteilles deau. Cela ne correspond pas a la prestation que jai payée, cest innacceptable! Quel dommage que cet hotel ne soit pas entretenu car il a du potentiel

Hôtel agréable et joli mais tout n'est pas au top
Hôtel très joli, propre, personnel sympathique, formule all inclusive correcte pour le prix a payer, calme et reposant pour des vacances correct.
Direction ne donnant pas le nécessaire au personnel et a l équipe d animation pour faire un travail correct.
Conseil: prévoyez répulsif moustique et contre les piqûres, éviter prestation du Spa, savoir parler anglais et russe pour discuter avec les autres clients.
Hôtel correct j'y retournerai volontier vu le prix payé.
