I was at a 4 star hotel Rosa beach and service was bad and the room was not clean and all 4 stars hotels were booked so i had to book this hotel and it was amazing! receptionist Mohamed was so helpful and the staff of the dining room were 5 stars service and the food was great and different every day too! 5 stars "

"Very good. Perfect for children. Good food. Very clear. Rooms are pretty and clean. Definitely 4star hotel! I would advise! The pity is the sea is dirty, but 2 swimming pool make your staying still great! Staff is welcome! So, if you’re not fond of sea swimming- that’s very very!!! Good place to stay!!!"

"This hotel was a budget choice so I didn't expect perfection. The hotel lobby and the restaurant were quite good. We were pleased with the selection of food offered and the ambiance. The room itself was a bit run-down, but that is typical for this area. This hotel was far better than others we've stayed at in Monastir, so we recommend it to others. The pool was nice and the waterslides were a very fun addition for our children. All in all, a good choice for the price. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Palmyra Holidays Resort and Spa. My kids loved the swimming pool and the food at the hotel. What I liked most was the swimming pool filled with sea water. It was fantastic and the view overlooking the beach was amazing! A big Thank you to the receptionists Nora and Hadda, they were extremely helpful! I enjoyed every moment there and I will be back soon!"

"Absolutely negative. Do not stay. The property is old and they have insects crawling over beds/floor. The staff do not care about your concerns. The internet does not work. Ever. They have one unsecure open connection for the whole hotel which only works in the lobby. The staff are rude and do not care about the service. The food is mediocre and the location is in the middle of nowhere. The reception staff and the 'managers' really need to learn customer service. The arrogance is unbelievable....

"I liked the hotel it was nice and it’s clean and the view was amazing ❤️ the only problem I had was the AC didn’t work but they offered to change the room for me so that’s nice. It’s really local to all monastir and the marina overall the hotel is really nice breakfast lunch and dinner always served buffet style. Really good hotel for the price you pay. Another thing check in can be 24 hours that’s very helpful to know because I was delayed till 4 am and I had no issue at all so that part was...
