"Vue exceptionnelle pour cette maison/propriété très agréable et confortable, et surtout très bien entretenue. Très belle et grande piscine. Climatisation possible dans toutes les pièces.L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter une bonne partie de la Toscane, à mi-chemin entre Florence, Pise et Sienne.Un grand merci à Monica pour son accueil et tous ses conseils !"

"Piccolo appartamento in un resort sulle colline tra Montaione e San Giminiano. Proprietari super comunicativi, cortesi ed accoglienti. Appartamento molto pulito ed accessoriato. Non manca nulla ed è tutto ben tenuto. Perfetto per due persone, forse sarebbe fattibile ma sacrificato il 3-4 posto, stante le dimensioni ridotte del salottino col divano letto. Nonostante il periodo di caldo eccezionale abbiamo dormito bene, perché di notte è fresco, accendendo raramente il ventilatore. Molto utile e grazioso il giardinetto col tavolo all’ombra di un grande ombrellone. Piscina attrezzata e di buone dimensioni (un poco piccolo lo spazio per i lettini,comunque nuovi e ben tenuti). Peccato la chiusura dell’hotel all’ingresso, che rende un pochino triste l’accoglienza e che aveva il servizio bar. Il resort è lontano da qualsiasi servizio, in ogni caso comodi da raggiungere in auto in pochi km di strada agevole. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Qualche insetto, ma del resto si è in campagna (potrebbero essere molto utili le zanzariere). Parcheggio ampio e semplicissimo. Globalmente un’ottima esperienza da tutti i punti di vista."

"Wir waren mit 10 Personen für eine Woche in der Villa Osservatorio. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben es sehr sehr genossen!!!!Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns mit einer leckeren traditionellen Salami aus der Toskana überrascht! Grazie mille Es war alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Die Villa liegt sehr geschützt, sodass man entspannen kann und seine Ruhe hat.20 Autominuten entfernt befinden sich die traumhaften Städte San Gimignano und Volterra.Für uns war es ein absoluter Traumurlaub 朗!Sehr zu empfehlen! Grazie!!! "

"We thought they would be serving dinner every night but there was no chef! So no Dinner service. Good A/C. Breakfast buffet was great, bartender made sandwiches and salads at lunch time. Be prepared to drive windy dark roads at night to find restaurants, 10-20 minutes away. Also we were charged additional fees for early checkin and late checkout, I found this to be excessive. We found their local white wine is not very good (buttery, and perfumy)"

"The location was beautiful. Amazing scenic views in every direction with Volterra on the hill in the distance! The villa was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved to cool off in the pool after a day of sightseeing and the owners were helpful with any questions we had. Truly a perfect Tuscan getaway!"
