"Very friendly staffs, clean room, nice location"

"New hotel in a good central location. Very helpful staff. We had a suite with access to the executive lounge for a nice breakfast and a light evening meal"

"The suite was amazing with wonderful views and very spacious. All the staff treated us very well, especially Islam at check in and Mohammed, who is in charge of the housekeeping. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"A very nice, exceptionally clean hotel! Everything felt fresh and well cared for, making it a pleasant place to stay. Ammar, the reception manager, was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. I really enjoyed my visit and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming hotel."

"Clean room Good staff Very good value for money The only thing was weak WiFi "

"It was great View of the pyramids wonderful Enjoyed sound and light show from the roof Enjoyed breakfast oriental food in the roof "

"Malak was very nice and helpful. She helped with laundry and complimentary lunch when issues happened. I recommend, you will be taken care off."

"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"Not good "

"It was very bad experience. It's nothing lik pic the carpet are really dirty the room super tiny the AC is not working the property is so old in everything furniture bedding. No shower gel or shampoo. The fridge is empty even no water bottles. i don't advise anyone to try it "

"The food is terrible with very limited options. I asked for juice but they didn’t have it for breakfast. Asked for water instead but I was charged for it. TV cable never worked, although I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. Internet was not working half of my stay. Hand soap in the bathroom was watered down. You get what you paid for basically!!!"

"Expedia does not even have a contract with this hotel! We arrived at 2:00 in the morning to no room and ended up walking around Cairo in the middle of the night until we could find another hotel ourselves. "
