2 rooms - 31 m² with balcony. Ideal for 4 to 5 people. 1 bedroom with 3 bunk beds, desk, small bay window with access to the balcony and door separating it from the living room. The living room has a sofa that converts into a real double bed for a couple always in bed position for practicality, round table, chairs, mirror cabinet and TV, with a large bay window with access to the balcony. You can eat on the balcony. A kitchen with a serving hatch with electric hob, traditional mini-oven - microwave - grill combined, fridge, washing machine and kitchen utensils. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
