Living/dining room with TV and sofa bed, open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 x 190 cm) and each with its own bathroom with toilet. Bed linens are provided. Public parking is available near the residence.

Please note tourist tax is extra, according to the current Menton Municipality rate.

The Garavan neighborhood, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The new Menton Garavan port and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped, offering numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and live entertainment.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub 2025 dort verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich ausgezeichnet aber öffentliche Parkplätze in Menton sind nicht einfach zu bekommen. Ein Fußweg vom Auto zur Wohnung ist also unvermeidlich. Die Küche ist nur sporadisch Ausgestattet. den angekündigten Geschirrspüler gibt es dort leider nicht! Wenn man plant, sich selbst zu verpflegen ist die Küche ungeeignet. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Möbel sind intakt. Die Schlüssel Übernahme funktioniert reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Balkon und Aussicht sind hervorragend. Wir hatten dort trotz der leichten Unannehmlichkeiten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub.
