"Excellent hotel!"

"The room did not have body lotion or conditioner, we found it strange and expected these items to be part of any hotel room. When we asked we were told we were told that it did not include those items as our room was a category basic. My recommendation at the minimum they should have a 30ml bottle of these items in each room. "
