The apartment is located in the Marly residential complex in Menton Garavan; you can access it by walking from the adjacent street, and there’s a common area where you can park briefly for loading and unloading. Gas, electricity, and internet usage are included; we provide sheets and towels.

Menton is practically on the border with Italy, at the northwestern tip of the Italian peninsula, adjacent to the city of Ventimiglia.
The town is nicknamed the “Pearl” of France, a name attributed to the geographer Élisée Reclus, who wrote of it in his *Géographie universelle*.
The town, bordered by the Ligurian Sea, opens onto the Mediterranean and features a historic bell tower.
The lemon is one of the symbols of the city of Menton, where, thanks to a mild Mediterranean climate, many lemon groves bear abundant fruit; since 1933, the city has hosted the Lemon Festival, which takes place during the last three weekends of February.
