On the sixth floor (with lift) of a stylish, modern residence, the apartment sleeps up to 4 people. The open-plan living is full of light thanks to two glass doors that open onto an elegant balcony. Furnished with a café-style table and chairs, it is the perfect spot for an aperitif or cup of coffee.

Indoors, the living room is furnished with a sofa, armchair and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining table and chairs. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge.

The residence has a lovely swimming pool that is both indoor and outdoor. Guests can relax on sun loungers on the terrace after a refreshing dip. Next to the pool, guests will find a sauna, changing rooms and showers.

Location
Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. The long beach in front of the apartment stretches up to the Plage de Fossan (6-minute walk) which is popular with families thanks to the park and children’s playground nearby.

All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (6-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (15-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts.

Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 5-minute drive.
