Shhh don't tell everybody- blissful Èze-sur-mer-

A lovely apartment next to the owner's home. Here is peace and quiet with a large private terrace overlooking the beautiful bay. The backdrop of medieval Èze high above nests in rocky hills that drop into the sea. The apartment is 200m to the beach, and a 45 minute hike to 450m up into the hills. The beach in June was almost empty during the weekdays. The startling blue sea is a joy-clean and safe (occasional jellyfish apart). The côte d'Azur is easily accessible in either direction by bus, train or car. However for me it was difficult to leave Èze sur mer. The owners live next door. They provided a great welcome and support without being intrusive. I recommend this highly, especially if you want a corner away from the often overdone, overpriced Cote d'Azur. here you can see the beauty often obscured by luxury hotels, cars and yachts.

COVID CANCELLED

This reservation was cancelled because our trip to France was cancelled by Air France due to COVID19. After multiple attempts, we hhave still not gotten our promised refund and are VERY dissatisfied with VRBO’s lack of attention to this. Most of our housing reservations were with Airbnb and all of those reservations were cancelled and refunded the day after they were cancelled. VRBO. keeps giving us excuses for why this cancellation cannot be done yet. This is making us NOT want to use VRBO in the future. PLEASE rectify this ASAP..

heiße Tage in an der Côte d'Azur

wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche im Apartment von Christian welcher sich als sehr netter und gesprächsbereiter Gastgeber zeigte. Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Terrasse traumhaft, die Wohnung zweckmäßig. Man muss schon bedenken das ab der 3. Person jemand in der Küche schlafen muss. Aber insgesamt für die Côte d'Azur ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Merci Christian

Un endroit inaccessible en voiture ( et nous savons conduire) Le petit deux pièces au bout des 65 marches est tres sommaire mais a surtout une salle de bain tres vieillotte jamais refaite depuis au moins 30 ans (cabine de douche en plastique jaunie avec de la rouille partout qui ne vous donne envie d’y rentrer ,lunette des toilettes jaunies par le temps sans oublier des toiles d’araignée dans les coins .) Mais le pire est avant tout le manque d’air de cet appartement et des relents de canalisations qui vous prennent à la gorge et vous empêchent de dormir même fenêtres ouvertes . Fort de ce constat et suite à une nuit blanche nous avons dû quitter dès le lendemain de notre arrivée ce lieu horrible . Nous notons que malgré notre rapide départ le propriétaire ne nous a proposé aucun remboursement même partiel nous avons donc payé 1000 euros de location pour une semaine sans en profiter ce qui est inacceptable !!!!

Dès l'arrivée l'entrée de la voiture sur une montée raide avec des virages de plus de 200 mts et sortie en marcha arrière avec l'excavation d'un muret en construction sur le côté. Encore 5 étages de marches pour arriver à une terrasse avec une table et des chaises vétustes sans parler des fourmis. L'ameublement intérieur de qualité moyenne et assez vétuste, chaud sans même un ventilo; la douche un cylindre en plastique en ayant la place pour faire qq chose de mieux. Le Wifi fonctionne mauvais et seul en terrasse. La vue est belle

Urlaub war super. Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet und ok. Tierliebe willkommen (Katze, 2 Hunde, 2 Schildkröten, 3 Hühner, eine Ziege). Mit Vermieter kann man über alles reden und ist auch an Herkunft von einem selbst interessiert. Schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht. Abends schattig was bei Temperaturen von 30 optimal ist. Zentral zw Nizza und Monaco gelegen.

L'HORIZON POUR COMPAGNIE

La grande terrasse de cette location est un vrai bonheur.Tous nos repas on été pris avec vue sur la mer et les Pins en guise de voisins. Christian nous a accueilli avec chaleur et discrétion. Attention le restaurant au bas du chemin St Michel n'existe plus. Ne pas louper la montée... Merci Christian !

Une vue incroyable !

Bon séjour avec un appartement qui correspond tout à fait à l annonce, sauf pour l accès qui est un peu compliqué car très en pente et petit bémol sur les équipements un peu désuet. Le propriétaire est vraiment serviable et de bon conseil. La terrasse est grande et bien équipée et surtout avec une vue imprenable 😃 Nous avons passé 3 jours au calme dans un environnement super. Merci. Je recommande.

Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour la location est parfaitement située sur les bords de la Méditerranée de Eze magnifique Vue depuis la terrasse très confortablement installée au calme maison suffisamment grande pour passer des vacances à 4 rien ne manque au niveau confort quotidien la plage est vraiment à deux pas ce qui est fort agréable pas besoin de prendre sa voiture le cadre est verdoyant et très fleuri Christian et Roseline sont des hôtes charmants et très accueillants plein de bons conseils merci encore pour cette superbe semaine passée chez vous à renouveler sans modération 👍🙏👋

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Terasse

Anfang Juli verbrachten wir eine sehr schöne Woche in Èze Bord de mer in dem Apartment von Christian und Roselyne. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das absolute Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Ihren Blick auf das Meer, die Bucht und die Berge. Zusätzlich konnte man den Blick auf das Village d´Èze auch aus dem Bett genießen. Besonders in den Abendstunden haben wir das Barbecue auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal und ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist der Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist direkt unten an der Hauptstraße, von der aus man schnell und preiswert nach Monaco, Nizza oder in die Altstadt d´Èze kann. Die Besitzer Christian und Roselyne waren sehr herzlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von Christian erhielten wir wertvolle Tipps über Ausflüge in der Region. Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese Wohnung und die Gastgeber sind absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Schöne Tage in Eze Bord de Mer

Ende September verbrachten wir zwei schöne Wochen in der gut ausgestatteten Fewo von M.Tesson. Wenn man die knapp 70 Stufen erst mal erklommen hatte, bot sich von der Terrasse, die wir ganz für uns allein hatten (Frühstück, Grillen, etc.) ein herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht, das Meer und die Berge. Mit dem vorhandenen Fernrohr ließen sich u.a. die Millionen schweren Yachten aus der Nähe anschauen. Trotz der sehr ruhigen Lage am Hang (mit dem Leihwagen sollte man Anfahren am Berg sicher beherrschen) sind Bus und Bahn (Nizza, Monaco, Menton) und der Strand zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr sympathisch war der Kontakt mit M.Tesson der stets sehr diskret war, uns dank seiner sehr guten Englisch Kenntnisse auf Nachfrage aber auch bereitwillig Tipps zu allen praktischen Fragen geben konnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schöne Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral zwischen Nizza und Monaco und nahe der Bushaltestelle. Die steile Zufahrt ist mit großen Fahrzeugen schwierig und nur etwas für geübte Fahrer. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist toll und der Vermieter freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hätte jedoch mal grundgereinigt werden müssen, außerdem wäre eine Klimaanlage/Klimagerät und ein Mückenschutz an den Eingangstüren wünschenswert.

Sehr schöner Urlaub an der Côte d'Azur

Wir, eine Familie mit 12 jährigem Sohn haben 11 Tage im Mai in Èze bei Christian verbracht. Wir haben täglich den fantastischen Panoramablick von der Terrasse aufs Meer genossen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sie liegt nur 5 min fußläufig vom Strand und von der Bushaltestelle (David) entfernt. Mit der Buslinie 100 erreicht man ohne umzusteigen und sehr kostengünstig Nizza, Monaco oder das wunderschöne Menton. Nach einem einstündigem Spaziergang entlang der Promenade kommt man zum Cap Ferrat (mit dem Auto in 10 min.). Christian ist ein besonders netter, sehr hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, er steht einem bei allen Fragen immer sofort zur Verfügung und gibt gute Tipps. Wir haben uns bei ihm und seiner Frau sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank Christian für alles.

Le logement est confortable, le propriétaire sympathique. Il y a une très belle vue de la terrasse. Seul bémol, le store de l'appartement du propriétaire donnant sur notre terrasse n"était pas fermé totalement(en panne) ce qui fait que nous avons perdu un peu d'intimité.

Entspanntes Urlauben an der Cote d'Azur

Christian ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Insbesondere die große Terasse mit dem Grill und der wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer haben wir genossen. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet, so dass auch bei Bedarf gekocht werden kann. Die Bushaltestelle von der man nach Monaco oder Nizza kommt liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso der Strand. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, um ruhige Tage an der Cote d'azur zu verbringen. Wer eher Nightlife und Bars will ist definitiv auf Bus oder Bahn angewiesen. Für uns war es perfekt und ich kann die Wohung und Christian nur weiter empfehlen. Hab nochmals 1000 Dank für alles Christian!!!
