Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 50 m. Chair lift, slopes 200 m, ski rental 2 km, ski school 2 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
    "Bellevue", 3-room apartment 60 m2 on 4th floor. Spacious and bright, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and digital TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Upper floor: (open staircase), 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Parquet floors. Large terrace 10 m2. Deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Great value with fantastic views

This is a great property for a family wanting a good value break in Sierra Nevada. It’s not in perfect condition but cosy, comfortable and well equipped. The location is at the top of the resort within walking distance of both the top chair lift which operates in good snow conditions and the small chair lift that links down to the village centre for access to the gondolas. There are not many restaurants in the area within easy walking distance but otherwise we liked it

Vacaciones Sierra Nevada

El apartamento Bellevue està situado en la zona alta de la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada. Ubicación ideal si te gusta el senderismo. Apartamento acogedor, con una buena terraza. Volveremos.

A lovely find for a ski trip

The property was very spacious, mezzanine bedroom arrangement quirky and reminds of being kids! Kitchen had dome equipment. Bed linen and towels included. The view from the window was fantastic! Easy access to slopes via ski lift.

Ático con buenas vistas

Estupendo piso, muy nuevo. Terraza muy soleada con vistas preciosas. Buen funcionamiento de todo en general. La cocina solo necesita tener un tostador y un esprimidor.
