The staff is very polite, professional, etc. If you had questions about the area. They are more happy to answer any questions, be helpful, etc. Alex on staff was very helpful making my experience in Geneva a pleasant one. Place is conveniently located near public transportation, the lake, restaurants, shopping, etc.

I had a nice apart-hotel style room in this hotel. The location is perfect and very handy for the metros. The staff are welcoming and kind. I've now been twice and would stay again.
