"Front office staff was amazing! However, upon check in they tried to give me a room with a garden view instead of sea view room I had paid for. Had to ask for it to be sorted. Room was dusty, with cobwebs. On the last day there was no running water. Do not disturb sign on my front door was disregarded had maintenance knocked on my door at 6am. Awful experience!"
