Private: garden 2'000 m2 (not fenced) with wildlife garden, meadow, orchard. Patio, terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 9 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Alessandria" 23 km.
3-room semi-detached house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, rustic furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 open room with 1 french bed (140 cm). Heating. Heating available only from 01.10. to 15.04. Barbecue. Lovely countryhouse in Mombaruzzo

We had a beautiful time. It is good for a couple or a family with kids, because There are no doors for the rooms. It was very good equipped. Only the mattresses are really old and not comfortable. But may be younger people don’t mind. Everything Else was really good.
