"The hotel was so clean, I didn’t have my room cleaned as I wasn’t there long and I requested do not disturb but I had fresh towels and toiletries and the rest of the hotel was immaculate. I used the shower next to the luggage room before I left in the late afternoon and that was also modern and very clean. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming - helping me with my Spanish ( I only know short phrases ) she was very attentive and I can imagine she would go above and beyond for others....

"The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the pools are icy cold and unusable by kids and adults. The food is average, but interestingly, the all-inclusive deal does not include drinks at lunchtime or dinner. Not even water or soft drinks. Breakfast includes juices and water. The WiFi internet is abysmal, with a lot of drop-offs. Rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but visitors do smoke on a balcony, so the balcony door needs to be shut to avoid smoke...

"A lovely quaint hotel in great location on the seafront with good proximity to bars and restaurants and an impressive viewing area! A lot of restaurants closed for the Easter celebrations! Rooms newly refurbished, comfortable and clean! Staff really helpful and friendly especially the guy on reception! "This place was great value for money. A short €1 bus ride to lots of bars, restaurants nice beaches. Very friendly staff and the grounds were well tended. Didn't get any maid service during our stay and I thought it was a bit cheeky to have to pay for sun loungers. It's a very hilly area so some people may struggle but overall a great getaway with some beautiful scenery "

"This is a very odd place. Sure it is an old palace but the rooms are in a basement like plant. In the bathroom the hot water took ages and the shover did not work. We were the only guests and therefore they closed the dining-room and the library and half past eight and the only way our was through the emergency door by the kitchen. It is not a recommendable hotel.The surroundings are quit e nice and the park is great, but inside it is not."
