"Great room and location. Very professional, warm staff. Hugely helpful with transport, etc. A bit noisy with the windows open during the day, although this is a town setting not a remote mountain experience. Walk to the beach, to the lift, to many restaurants. Excellent running base for those who indulge! Enough outdoor options for a month long stay. And we managed without a car."

"The room was alright. It was small but had everything that we needed and the AC worked well. You need a gold room to access the hot tub area which was not clear when we booked. It costs 10€ to get this access for normal rooms. When we were given access to the hot tub it was set to 74 degrees F and took 8 hours to get to a reasonableness temperature. Although this is not necessarily the hotels fault it was sad because it was rainy during our stay. We wished we would have stayed in Riva Del Garda...
