"Excellent newly built independent hotel just steps away from Uliassi and the lungomare. Rooms are clean and large with generous balconies, and they seem to all have ocean views. "If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "
