Property was very clean inside and outside. Rooms looked like they were recently remodeled. The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. We went to a concert at Vibrant Arena and it was very convenient to get to the venue and back. I would stay there again.

Shuttle was very helpful after a canceled flight and re-route, getting in at 11:30 pm. Staff was very helpful. Building was rundown, sink in first room flooded and broke, second room smelled of smoke. Good location, worked for what I needed urgently but would not choose if I had other options.

Let me begin by saying that the staff was excellent and very helpful when my phone fell out of my bag in the shuttle. You must call the hotel to get the shuttle and I was uneasy when it was not labeled, just a plain minivan. However the place is clean but poorly maintained. The breakfast was as expected and plenty of choices.
Carpet stained and damaged.
Shower and bathtub chipped. Mold covered up with thick gobs of poorly applied caulk.
The sink had no stopper and was very slow to drain.

Staff a check-in was very friendly & personable. Room was clean & bed was extremely comfortable. I had to leave earlier than anticipated the morning I checked out & didn't take advantage of the breakfast but it looked good. I did grab a coffee & it was hot and fresh. Would definitely stay there again.
